Another Baby Off in the Wild Blue Yonder
It's always a big day when you hit send to submit your latest baby out into the cruel world of submissions. The paranormal novella I have been working on for the last couple of months is finally ready to see the light of day. I spent all of last week doing my final read through and inputting those edits in. The query and synopsis came next. Doesn't take as much time because there aren't as many words. But still an important step which requires more of the critical brain side. I did a longer synopsis than I normally do this time to see how it would feel. I'm not sure how I feel about it. I've grown fond of the two page synopsis. It really forces you to get to the nitty gritty of what happens in your book, but I'm willing to try the five page synopsis for this book since it meets the publishers submission requirements.
